We are pleased to offer a Lay-by service for our customers.
Please read the Lay-by terms and conditions before proceeding to place a Lay-by order as you accept our terms and conditions in full by making your first Lay-by payment.
Our Lay-by terms and conditions are as follows:
-A minimum order of $50 excluding postage
-A minimum deposit of 20% of the total of the lay-by
-Regular fortnightly payments MUST be made
-Lay-by term is 8 weeks from the date of order
-Payments to be made via direct deposit (Bank details below)
-You will be emailed a Lay-by schedule
Cancellation:
-Customer cancellations are accepted in writing only, via email to layby@teddytopia.com.au Cancellation fees as listed below will apply.
– If you do not complete your Lay-by and are in default we reserve the right to cancel your Lay-by and withhold the 20% deposit fee.
-If you are in default, you will be sent a written default notice by email giving you warning of our intention to cancel.
-If either party cancels the Lay-by all monies paid except 20% deposit will be refunded.
