Shipping Time

We ship orders within 24hrs of payment received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rate

We charge Australia Post Parcel shipping rates based on the items weight only, we will not inflate shipping costs to cover other expenses. These are calculated automatically during Checkout, if you have any questions about the shipping total please contact us via email prior to completing checkout.

International Shipping

Local Import Duties, taxes and charges such as VAT are extra and not included in the listed item price or postage charges. They are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional costs will apply prior to your purchase. This is particularly important in the UK and EU Countries.

Shipping Options

We use Australia Post as our courier. All of our parcels come with a tracking number and we will update your order status after your parcel has been despatched. You can contact Australia Post by phone 131318 or www.auspost.com.au To find out the latest information about your parcel/s.

Please Note: If there is no record from Australia Post regarding your parcel, it means that your parcel is still in transit. The Australia Post staff have not yet scanned your tracking number at the nominated checkpoint. We ask that you are patient, and wait a little while longer before checking again.

Returns Policy

What can be returned?

All items can be returned,We have a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you are not happy with your product for ANY reason at all you can return it to us for a full refund.

As per Queensland fair trading laws, you are entitled to a full refund including return postage costs if :-

 * The goods are faulty

 * The item is wrongly described

 * The goods are different from the sample shown to you.

If you change your mind about the item, we are happy to refund less postage costs as long as the item is returned with all tags and original packaging.

How do customers return items?

Please send any returned items via registered means, with a signature as a requirement so that you are protected in case they go astray. We would always reccommend Australia Post Registered.

Shipping for returns?

We always pay return shipping if an item is faulty, wrongly described or are different to the images on the website. If you change your mind, then you will be required to pay return postage.

Credit for returns?

Credits will be as refunds or exchange. When exchanging goods, we need you to return all componentry including packaging, instructions and accessories. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR TEDDYTOPIA RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. THIS RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR CREDIT
